Team Structure Team Officer We have one team officer who carries out the day-to-day running of the team and who arranges shoots involving the team. Please see the Shoot Dates page if you are interested in coming to one of these shoots. He also writes up the after-action reports (which can be found under Shoot Blog). Team Commander We have one team commander who is responsible for the conduct of the members whilst they are on a site and as a team. Section Commanders We have two Section commanders who will take control of a 4-5 man section if the team breaks into sections. Normally one will also run the team at competitions or in the absence of the team commander. Section 2i/c's Again we have two assistant section commanders or Section 2 i/c's who take control of a section in the event of a section commander being absent or the section being split into 2-3 man teams.
